Driver left rear studs wiggle slightly with wheel off. These are long studs. Have the stud shoulders just worn a little, or are the hub stud holes wallowed out?

Who's studs? If you are using ART studs from Karl you MUST use rotors that are chammferd. If not the rotors will push the studs out the back.

Thanks for the reply Mike.

These studs came from Dave at Advanced Autosports so I'm not sure what brand they are. This has occurred since I replaced the rear rotors. I will compare the new rotors with the old. Is it possible/advisable to chammfer the new rotors if needed?

My studs are all ARP manufactured. I have not seen any come loose with any brand of rotor. Let me know what you find so I can make it right.

Sorry Dave, I wasn't implying anything wrong with the studs. In fact these have about 12 race/track weekends on them. The rotors are Centric (sp?). I'm just trying to make sure I don't have some other issue.

I recently had the same problem on my '94. I compared the knurls on the studs that came loose to the new ARP studs I just bought and it appeared that the knurls were not long enough. Can't remeber where I got the original studs, though. I had 5 rears and 1 front come loose. It could have been from over use of an impact. I always use a torque stick, but maybe the vibration is still too much? At any rate, this one item I've neglected that will be checked more frequently.
