Race 2

Quite a bit of excitement during the weekend, with a red flagged race because of a nissan / legends coupling approaching track out of T5, Rob Morris blew his diff as I was RIGHT behind him at T1, and Brian Cates was crowned champion of the series. Enjoy,

Nice vids!

I was up there today driving one of Bret's cars and saw the AWESOME-O. It cracked me up. Especially the gas lid sticker.

There was a couple of those 'WTF?!?!' moments... One was certainly the lap after being 3 inches from Rob's bumper and seeing something go bang (didn't know what it was at that moment), and then piling into T1 at full chat and being surprised it was greasy. A flag would have been nice, but not being a fool would have worked just as well. Lou got by me there, but I got 'em back [Smile]

It was a lot more fun until my motor let go on Sunday [Frown] Diagnosis is not complete, but prelim, #4 rod broke. I guess better Sunday than in February. Now where did I put that phone number for the coon dog? [Smile]

it was, shall we say, tight. had similar situation in race 2 right at the end, but had to check up when the guy on the right wouldn't cooperate and so lou and rob got away easy on the last trip through T10.

otherwise, i would have gotten 'em both [Smile] [Smile] [Smile] let the excuses begin!
