I got the win in SM, I think Hollet was second. A little bit of carnage in 7 when 5 miatae attempted to occupy space that would hold 2. Fast laps in the mid 24s. Pretty hot out and running on new 3/32nds.

I know that Ray Pollak, Joel Brantz and Brad Cheskes found about 1.5-2 seconds this weekend so the field tightened up a little and those guys ended up with better races. I think we had 18 in SM.

Should be a pretty good turnout for the firecracker double regional in 2 weeks. Its not on the entry form but crossing over is only $100 extra per day.

Anyone running in car video that caught carnage in 7 I would be interested in seeing it.

Tom,

Were you the lone blue car sitting in turn 7 when it was all over? I was nowhere near when it happened, but also remember seeing the red 88 have a sort of wild "off" in 7 as well. Unfortunately no video, but not sure what value it would have had anyway. Sounds like I was a little behind the "action" after a crappy start.

Jeff:

Was not me in 7, I was able to get back on track and ran about 3/4 lap until fender rub made me pull in 2 laps short of the finish.
