I have searched and am unable to find rules on what can and cant be done to a 1.8 Miata for Enduro's. From what i have seen and heard you can replace the air intake with aftermarket intake and remove restrictor plates. What other mods can you do if one was to set up strickly a 1.8 Enduro Miata?
Thanks

Under NASA enduro rules, many classes fall under E3. SM, ITA, PTE and many other non-miata classes. So, when you sign-up in E3, you have to specify which sub class you are in and stick to those rules. NASA PT* seems to have the most flexibility but you have to follow the points systems. Straight SM is the easiest. SCCA ITA has some advantages but the 1.8 is heavier. You can NOT mix and match. So, it is up to you, just follow the rules and be prepared to explain and justify what you did. Link to NASA enduro rules
