This one is for the guys and girls that edit their race videos. I have a bunch of highlight clips from my last race that I want to edit a bit and combine into one mpg file. I've seen some free junk that you can down load, but does not seem to work to good.
Iím just looking for something that is basic, that will let me paste a bunch of clips in to one file and that still keeps a good quality of sound.
What video editing programs do you use?

Thanks
Bart

Windows comes with Movie maker. It's pretty easy to use and would accomplish what you are after.

I use movie maker in windows as well. Short of a MAC it is about as good as you can get for free.

You can add sound on sound as well, or just keep your sound from the vid.

For quick edits, I use "MPEG Streamclip". It's available for Windows and Mac.
