Was there an incentive to not drive really slow in qualifying?

Well you aren't supposed to know if the grid will be reversed when you qualify.

Yeah, unless you have been off there you have no idea how sick that move was. Tony can make a miata do things you can hardly believe.

CV, that squeaking you hear in the turns is most likely your rear tires rubbing the fender. That same sound tormented me for a year until I rolled the rear wheelwell lips. No more squeak.

Willie,

Bring your streamlined butterfly arse out for some Spec Pinata. Since my new car is already bunged up I wouldn't mind racing with you.

Chris,

Your car is too pretty, keep it in the garage until Feb 4.

MSRH Spec Pinata Series Race #2 Complete.

The second race was much less chaotic than the first. The top 5 from first race in series got to reverse grid for the start and everyone else grided based on finishing position of first race.

8 Laps CW
reverse grid top 5 finishers then,
8 Laps CCW.

Anyone new to the SCCA or NASA should come out and run. $75 entry fee, all skill levels represented so you will have someone to race.

Next Race Sunday 9th
Start around 3:45

10 Laps one way stay in the car grid up and 10 laps the other way.

Dinner served post race.

Cheapest race you will find!!!

Yep, I only hit one guy and he looked like he needed a push down the straight as the front 5 were walking us.
