Look on the other side of the tire. The one side has the first portion of the DOT that identifies the plant where it was manufactured and also what tire it is. The other side has the full DOT. Joe

Thanks guys. From the link, it looks like they were both manufactured in 1999. That makes them past their usable life I'm guessing...unless 1999 was a really good year for tires!

10 year old track tires are junk even if they've never been used before.

Return em, ask for newer ones. Or ask for money off. NItto just practically gave away something like 100 sets of their NTo1 because they were an 05 build date.
