Looking for a set of legal wheels for mounting some rain tires. Prefer TD in 30mm offset, but can make allowances if they are available at PIR Friday evening or early Saturday.

Ed, I will try and bring a set of wheels over. I don't remember the make but they will be cheap. Look for the white stacker trailer, car #85. Mark

Mark, Sorry I missed your note. My intermediates served me well for Saturday and only the last session was a bit wet. I still may need a set for later this month though.

I got a new in the box Miata Cage steering wheel extension. Adds about 2 inches to what you have currently, and your arms don't get as tired from grabbing your Momo.

Hi all,
I'm moving from a place with a 2 car garage down to a place with a 1 car garage and have a bunch of Miata parts that are no longer of use to me. I'd like to get rid of everything in the next few weeks so I don't have to move it, so let me know if you're interested in any/all of it.
Following is a list of what I know I have. There may be some additional items. A lot of the parts are from a '96 R that I parted out awhile ago, but some are from others and I'll try to notate that.
- Front subframe - Rear subframe (includes additional bracing) - Front shock tower brace - looks like it's from Flyin' Miata - Miscellaneous airbag wiring and sensors - Hard top strikers and plates - Spare tire - Exhaust downpipe - Rear seat belt tower brace (stock part) - Stock 1.8 flywheel - Stock 1.6 flywheel - Master cylinder - Car cover (blue factory Mazda cover) - Front and rear control arms - Early center console
And now a couple of cool things!
- Hard Dog Hard Core singloe diagonal roll bar - $200 ($375 new) - ACT Heavy Duty 1.8 clutch (works on all cars - recommended for turbo and supercharged applications) - $300 ($419 new - only used for about 5,000 miles maximum)
Please e-mail or call me if you're interested in any of this. Again, I'm wanting to get rid of as much of it as possible, so am willing to give a package deal.
Lastly, you must come pick up the items as all I have is my '06 Miata....

Bah, it's the right thing to do Ken. I kind of laughed it off as one of those racin' things when it happened, but when I saw how bad your bumper was chewed up- wow! Besides, I've put other small bumps and bruises on the #50 over the years too...
I've actually found a bumper already, but I can't guarantee I'll be able to pick it up before the next race weekend. If not I'll bring it down in May.

It appears one of the wheels on my wagon is a little too bent and battered - beyond straightening according to Sips Wheels Werks. I'm hoping someone might have such a beasty laying around looking for a good home.

Anyone out there got a 1.6 short block in half decent shape, they would be willing to part with?
My rebuild went very very wrong, looks like I need an alternate. I'd very much like to build up a proven block, as opposed to rework another unknown.......

Andy, I have a '91 100k block, but the crank keyway is a bit elongated (couple thousanths). Ran it for one year midpack. drop in your crankshaft and it should be a good motor.

Check with Kevin Brinkley(503-466-9857) or Ken Sutherlin(503-not-sure). I think they have several heads between them, and I think at least one of them is a new crate head .

now i think i might need a new motor rather than just the head. the scoring on the cylinder walls from the water is worse than i thought.

Free to a good home...3 sets of used tires. The tread depth varies from none to maybe 1-2 grooves. One set is pretty old (based on the tire’s date stamp)…2003…the rest are from 2005.

After conning my mother in law into a "co-ownership" scheme (mostly), I am in the hunt for a cheap street Miata. If anybody knows of a 1.6 5-speed car in decent shape for $2500 or less, please let me know.
No, I am not building a new SM, this is a "gas saver" street toy only.

Does anyone have a pair of motor mounts that they might sell? I'm in need of some today, and the closest ones are at a dealer in Tuscon. Give me a call if you can help, thanks- Alec 360-661-5192

Anyone have any rain worthy Toyos they want to part with before the end of the season? Would rather order new ones during the off-season when I can stack them in the living room and stare at them for a few months.
