Food for thought on "the car to have":
I think we all agree that "the car to have" varies depending on the track. We did a great job this year not changing the rules much based on results in Topeka (knowing RA was next), but that isn't always the case. I'd rather not see another set of comprehensive class rule changes knowing that next year is RA again.
Don't we have enough data (or the ability to collect it) to have RP/weight packages for each track?
Is it not cheaper to spend the time evaluating the data and each of us having three or four RP/weight combinations than three cars in the stable?
I don't think anyone has suggested this, but I'm very interested in your thoughts.
