If I take off the header wrap and change the tires, any problem with running this?

We need to have a Hall of Shame thread where all these concoctions can be preserved.

Or let's have a Fantasy SM ("Special" [tipsy] Miata) racing league where these cars can race. Assign speed, hp, torque and driving talent values based on whatever ridiculous add-ons they have.

May the most absurd car win!

This one ran a 2:43.5 at Road America, beating Drago's best lap time at the runoffs. The claim is that it weights 2204 and has 135 HP.

Hijack of sorts.

"The ECU and engine electrical harness must be as supplied by Mazda."

Am I to assume that all harnesses must be intact as they came, nothing removed for accessories that were removed? If so, we have a ton of illegal cars out there.

Seems to be a matter of contention. I've seen some heated arguments on that subject, people pulling out the dictionary definition of "system". Some people think it's fine. Others think it will bring the appocolypse... human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria
