I moved the oil pressure sender from the engine block to a remote location. The AIM unit now displays 180 PSI whether the engine is running or not. I replaced the sender but still have the issue, any ideas what to look for?

Have you tried a different input channel? I had 2 DOA and they gave an odd signal. I can't remember for sure, but I think the dash showed really high readings rather than the zero you'd expect from a dead input channel.
