Had the opportunity to co-drive with Andy Lally last weekend at Barber for the Koni Challenge race in Kinetic Motorsports BMW M3. Andy is a heck of a driver! We raced karts together 'back in the day'.
Here's some in-car from the start. MX-5'ers Derek Whitis/Tom Long started behind me in the team M3 - they had a great run as well. I think Derek is hooked on GS power now. At least it's still Sunbelt power!

Just got back from LeMons and watching it now. Thanks guys, it was a lot of fun. Glad the coverage was good. We had to pit early due to a fuel pickup problem which caused us to lose the leaders after about 45 mins, which then required a second stop later in the race since it went green the whole way. To answer Dorsey's question, it was a long fuel stop the second time since the tank had to be full to get any fuel to the pumps. I think Kinetic is close to a win real soon!
Derek was overheated but he was ok after about 20 minutes of water/ice/shade/rest. He did a great job and Tom was absolutely flying. Good showing for the SM/MX-5 guys.
