Your talking about bringing in/back people with low budget/entry level.
It shouldn't be close to SM. It should be different but so you can upgrade to SM if you want. Like SM to ITS, Upgrades.

This is a marketing exercise. This isn't for you, you already come race. It's for new people to come race. Maybe it's a SCCA LeMons.
It would be nice to take away market share from LeMons to make are fields bigger.

3 99s so far for SM at Road Atlanta and the same old names in 1.6s. Where are all the new drivers? So far SM2 has managed to keep out 3 99s that are not even the front running cars that were being talked about. It has also reduced the car counts by keeping anymore 99s from showing up.
